Class locations:
      Custer Community Church, 6th & Harney Streets
               2nd right off 5th Street after traffic light downtown
      ReTreat Room, 21 No. 4th St.
               across from Museum, behind Casino Gas
              Please use side door across from Chiropractor’s Office
WINTER WEATHER REMINDER:  If Custer Schools are closed or delayed, we will NOT have a class that day.  If weather is a factor on a Friday (or other day when there is no school), I will send an e-mail out by 7:00 AM to let you know if class is being held or not.  Of course, your safety is more important than making it to class.  So even if there is a class, use your own good judgment when deciding whether or not to come.

        MondayPilates – 8:00 to 9:15 AM at Custer Community Church
        Wednesday –  Yoga – 8:00 to 9:15 AM at the ReTreat Room
        FridayPilates – 8:00 to 9:15 AM at Custer Community Church
        Saturday –  at the ReTreat Room:   Gentle Yoga (Beginner Level) – 9:00 to 10:15 AM
All levels are welcome at all classes.   No skill or experience required.  Bring a yoga mat if you have one – we have extras if you need one.
Cost:
$12 for drop-ins or $60 for a 6 class pass (any combination of classes – they do not need to be consecutive).
PRIVATE SESSIONS ARRANGED BY APPOINTMENT
Private Pilates Reformer sessions also available
